If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

❗ Important Notes

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment

  • International orders may experience customs delays

  • If the tracking page says “in transit,” your package is still on the way
